About the Registry
The Just Check It Registry is a website where you can track your home blood pressure.
If you want, the Registry can send that information to your doctor, nurse, pharmacists, or community health worker,
who can help you manage your blood pressure.
How Do I Register?
Go to our secure site to create an account. You'll create a username and password. You'll need to provide:
- your first and last name
- zip code
- date of birth
You can give your email address so we can send your password if you forget.
You can also provide your health care provider's name if you want Just Check It to send monthly reports of your blood pressures.
How Do I Share My Blood Pressures with My Doctor?
During registration you can choose to share your blood pressure reports with a doctor, practice, health worker, or pharmacist. After you report your blood pressure, the registry will send the information to that person each month. If your care provider isn't on our list, you can request that he or she be added.
Is My Information Secure?
Yes. Your information and blood pressure levels are protected by state-of-the-art systems. We use secure socket layers to be sure that anything you put in the registry is safe. Our systems are HIPAA-compliant, which means they meet all the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Anonymous reports from all registry users may be combined and reviewed to show changes in home blood pressure levels over time. No individual information will be disclosed.
